In the same way our physical bodies become toxic when excretory system isn't working properly, we can experience toxicity in our spiritual lives, too. Excretion is important to maintain a healthy spiritual life and necessary to rid ourselves of bitterness, unforgiveness, anger, and wrong thoughts about ourselves and God.
